If this is your first time taking the ServSafe Manager Exam, we strongly recommend studying in advance. Food industry jargon, microbiology, chemistry concepts, etc. is commonplace in this course. Make arrangements with the class proctor to receive your 8th Edition ServSafe Textbook ahead of your scheduled class date.
